Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment orders will be sent via email with an email with a tracking number once the order is picked up.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Twinset Canada is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Twinset Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Returns Policy

We have a 5-day return policy for items shipped from Canada, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@twinset.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All items are inspected for quality and damages before shipping, No returns from outside of Canada.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@twinset.ca or visit us at our flagship store in 1070 Sherbrooke St W, Montreal, Quebec H3A 2S2 so we could inspect your purchase further.
